Have you experienced having a delayed flight? It is pure inconvenience, do you agree? My flight schedule was supposed to be 15:15 but the actual departure time was 17:15! Two hours delayed, not accounting that I have to be in the airport 2 hours before the flight. That's a dead time of around 4 hours.
However, good thing I have developed a good positive attitude by investing in personal growth courses and seminars. And instead of complaining on things I have no control of, I decided to make it productive.

I spent my hours listening to music (instrumental music to occupy my ears unhearing all the complains of other passengers) while reading a powerful ebook from Bro Bo Sanchez: Turning Thoughts into Things.
So instead of being negative, I basically learnt a lot of new things.
Here are 4 lessons from Turning Thoughts into Things and understanding the law of harvest:
1. The power of giving
The main message of the ebook is that we all have the power to create anything by using the law of harvest which is the power of giving. If we want to have love, we need to give or plant love. To harvest good health, we need to plant good and healthy habits. To have good family life, we need to invest and spend quality time with our families. And to harvest or receive more money, we don't necessarily have to plant or give money BUT we need to plant and give value to others.
Remember: Why can money buy things? Because it has value.
When you climb up to the top of a mountain and shout out loud, more often than not, we will hear an echo. We shout out once, but the echo comes back 5 to 10 times more.
Shout: "I love you."
And you'll hear: "I love you, iloveyou, loveyou, loveyou , you, you...."
Then imagine what if you shout out, "I hate you"? It comes back 10x more. What you plant, you harvest. What you give, you receive 10x more.
Life is also like a giant mirror. If you smile, it smiles back. If you frown, it also frowns. It's gonna be very scary when you smile at the mirror and the reflection frowns back at you! Woooah!
3. The gift of space
Imagine a fishbowl full of grey stones. What if you drop a gold nugget into the bowl, what happens? It can not get inside. Thus, when you give, you actually receive first the gift of space.
If you give little, you free up a little space. But if you give abundantly (time, value, money, talent), it becomes more and more spacious for abundant gold nuggets to get inside your fishbowl of life.
4. Continue to plant while waiting for the harvest
The challenge of giving is that there is a delay before we receive the blessings. When we plant, we don't harvest right away.
Remember: there is planting season and harvesting season. That's why a lot of people may just want to receive/take and never give. We can not wait for blessings to come pouring into our lives, that's why we tend to become selfish.
Then what do we do? While waiting for the harvest season, we need to continue to plant and plant. Continue to love and spend time with your family. Continue to give value to people, customers, patients. Continue to eat healthy, exercise and proper diet. And lastly continue investing in yourself, continue to learn and continue to be the best version of yourself.
And when it is harvest time, you'll have massive abundance in all areas of your life. You may no longer be able to harvest it all for your own, but even enough for your loved ones to reap and also enjoy!
And after reading that powerful ebook, I arrived at my destination. Took dinner, went outside the airport then "lo and behold" a long queue on the taxi stand while raining. I guess life really has a fun way of testing us. It took me another 4 hours waiting in line.
This time did I complain? You bet I didn't. Took out my earphones, and listened to some powerful audio seminars and motivational talks.
