I just did an audio program by Jack Canfield and he elaborated the steps on how to effectively apply the secret law of attraction. The law of attraction has been very popular lately and people are amazed how effective it has been. However, there are some (including me) who haven't really mastered it's full potential. Today, let me share to you how Jack dissected the law of attraction for us to better use its potential.

"What things soever I desire, when I pray, I believe that I have received them and I shall have them." (Mark 11:24)
1. Ask
Know exactly what you want. Decide what you really want. Have BIG goals because it does not take more effort thinking on big dreams than it is to think small goals.
Here are three techniques to enhance the "Ask" part:
1.1. Irritation list - write the things that irritates you at home (e.g. the crack, the junk room, the messed up cabinet and etc.) then write down how you want it to be. After that, clean up the house. Sounds far off from the topic? I thought so too. However, he mentioned that if we can't get rid and clean up the little things in life, the more we can't do it in real life.
1.2. 101 goals in life - write down 101 goals you want to do before you die. These goals become the direction, the movement in your life. It gives a sense of purpose. A similar system is the 1000 places to go before you die. And just by thinking about that I'm getting pumped up!
1.3. Vision exercise - this is where the vision boards come in. The goals must then by tied up with "how much, by when." Or better yet, use the S.M.A.R.T. tool - Specific. Measurable. Achievable. Realistic. Time-bound.
In executing the "Ask" part, you must have goals in all of the 7 arenas of life:
- Finance
- Business and Career
- Fun and Recreation
- Relationship
- Health and Fitness
- Personal
- Contribution
2. Believe
You must in all certainty believe that you can do it or have it. And when you believe in that, you feel good and in constant state of gratitude. Create a vibrational match. It is when you are positive that you attract positive things to be grateful for. And the more you receive positive things, the more your belief increases. That is why it is important to be always in constant state of joy.

Grace = blessing. Grace comes in the Spanish word Gracia/Gracias, meaning grateful. Ergo when one is grateful, the more blessings he will receive.
When you are in joy, you are in the state of receiving. Always feel good. Because when you feel bad, the positive things that are waiting in your way are pushed away. Another way to feel good, is to feel inner peace. Learn to forgive. To let go. If you can feel it, you can heal it. Be in a constant state of love.
A tool we use is the B.A.G. system: Blessings. Achievements. Goals. It is a tool we use before we sleep to guide us what are the things we are grateful for, for the day.
3. Receive
"It is better to give, than to receive" is a myth. Because, you can not give if there is no one willing to receive. It means we must also be a good receiver. When you don't receive what is given to you, you are depriving the giver the joy in giving.
In order to activate the "Receive" part of the attraction, we need to feel the feelings: feel abundant, feel like a millionaire, feel wealthy, etc. Be the thing that you want: if you want joy, be joyful. If you want love, be loving.
Here are 4 techniques to enhance the "Receive" part:
1. Affirmation - this technique is saying to yourself that you deserve what you will be getting. It is an inner work of feeling the feelings when you already have the thing that you desired. It is getting use of the feeling and getting comfortable. Example: Going inside an expensive hotel - yes, it is going to feel quite uncomfortable knowing you can not afford yet. However, you want to feel the feeling, to be comfortable so that later on when you can afford, you are already used to the feeling of being there. Just get inside, stay in the lobby and feel the feeling. You deserve to be there.
2. Create a Vision Board - enhancing the "Ask" part - after creating the goals in a S.M.A.R.T. way - you can then put yourself in the picture. Example: editing a muscled guy with your face on. Placing your family inside a picture of the holy land, and more.
3. Visualization - this technique is visualizing yourself when you already have the thing that you desire. Example: closing your eyes, imagining you are driving your new BMW car or imagining yourself standing in front of 10,000 people delivering an inspiration talk or performing an amazing concert. Your imagination is the limit. If you can see it, you can achieve it!
4. Act as if - this technique is synonymous to "fake it until you make it." This is acting as if you already are. Example: Act as if you already are successful. How? You talk confident or you look good by dressing sharp.
However, these techniques does not necessarily mean you will attract the things you want directly. Sometimes, we attract the resources, the books, the seminars or even people that will lead us to where we want to go. Just believe, don't doubt, trust your intuition and be amazed how powerful the law of attraction is.
Remember: 1 hour of inner work (visualization, law of attraction, law of intention, meditation and/or affirmation) is equal to 7 hours of physical labor.
