I call my Sunday a family day! Or specifically a chores day!
Today has been a productive day. Productive doesnt just mean in your work or career, but also in all aspect of your life. And today, I have been productive with my chores! Hehe
Cleaning requires a lot of effort. From physical (Ofcourse, all chores requires physical effort), to mental (Because cleaning involves you thinking how to arrange the chairs, tables, etc. hehe), to social (Cleaning with family is social interaction, which basically improves family relationships and bonding) and lastly emotional (The feeling of satisfaction after a days work!)
Amazing how cleaning can actually improve a lot of aspects in your life. When was the last time you did chores with your family?
